These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop. The provider is Ekaterina Zdanowicz-Musina, FUENF by Musina, Grünberger Str 35, 10245 Berlin, Germany. Full details are given in the Legal Notice.
A consumer is any natural person entering into the transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
The presentation of goods in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
By submitting your order you make a binding offer. Receipt of your order is confirmed automatically; this confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.
The contract is concluded when we expressly declare acceptance or dispatch the goods.
We store the text of the contract. The contract languages are German and English.
All prices are final prices in euro.
Under § 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (small business regulation) we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately.
Any shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and carrier fees may apply in addition. These are borne by the customer and payable directly to the relevant authority.
The payment methods shown during the order process are available, normally credit and debit card and SEPA direct debit via our payment provider Stripe, as well as payment via PayPal.
Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. The terms of the respective payment provider apply in addition to the processing of the payment.
We ship from Berlin. For orders of 50 euro and above we ship worldwide free of charge; below that amount, shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
Usual shipping times after handover to the carrier:
Order processing normally takes 1 to 3 working days. These figures are guidance values, not binding delivery dates. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
If an item becomes unavailable after the contract is concluded, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made.
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out on the page "Right of Withdrawal and Returns". You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Statutory liability for defects applies. Hand-finished items may vary slightly in colour, measurements and surface; such variation is a feature of the production method and does not constitute a defect.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
