Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by e-mail at info@fuenfberlin.com or by post to the address given in the Legal Notice by means of a clear statement of your decision. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not cover additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; you will not incur any fees for this.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods and costs

Send the goods back to the address given in the Legal Notice without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements.
